Fitness is a major part of a person who wants to gain their muscle, but what you can do to build muscle ?
All you have to do just eat, sleep and gym repeat but if you are a student or normal guy who just wanted to stay healthy then there is many things you can do without giving more time.

Just concentrates on your diet and workout, according to me one hour is enough for complete a chart, but it is recommended to add high amount of protein into your diet but one question runs everyone's mind that how much protein do i need to build muscles?
Which is why I am going to show you that how to measure protein.

How To Measure Protein

Calculate your body weight and eat double amount of protein of your body weight and try to consume low fat food, and also avoid spicy foods because diet is the basic part of fitness and bodybuilders.

Example

If your body weight is 60 kg then you have to consume 160 grams of protien every day, and if your body weight is 100 kg then, you must eat at least 200 grams of protein each day.
It is recommended to consume protein double of your body weight.
Avoid high carbs and high fat foods because it is unhealthy for a bodybuilder.
